Admissions Process

1. Introduction. Parents complete a questionnaire about the potential student and are invited to an interview with both school leaders (together with the student). During this meeting, the student meets the school co-principles, the school is introduced to both student and parents, and there is an opportunity to tour the school premises. If the interview is successful, the leaders invite the student to spend one day at the school as a guest. Students applying to secondary school (grades 7–12) are encouraged to bring their most recent school report to the first interview.

2. Trial Day. The student visits the school for a full day, participating in classes, breaks, and community activities. This allows the student to meet future classmates and teachers and experience what makes Gulliverio Akademija different from their previous school. It is also a chance for the student to ask questions and decide if they would enjoy studying here – for example, whether they feel comfortable in a bilingual environment and if additional support is needed. Meanwhile, teachers and school leaders can assess the student’s strengths, possible challenges, and determine the most suitable class placement.

3. Enrolment offer. At the end of the trial day (or soon after), the parents and school leaders discuss next steps. If both sides agree, the student is given an official offer to join the school, along with the enrollment contract. The offer is valid for 10 working days, during which the signed contract must be returned. Finally, a €350 registration fee is paid, and the student is officially enrolled.

4. Preparation for School. Once the student is officially admitted, the school administrator provides parents with all necessary information about the uniform, stationery, textbooks, and other preparation details, ensuring that the student feels confident and ready for their first day.
